For a brief period of time in 1984 in New Orleans, an experimental transportation system called a Railbus was demonstrated. It lasted only a few short weeks and went on to tour various other cities in the United States but part of it still exists to this day, so I go see what is left.
Earlier this year, Morning Call in City Park New Orleans closed its doors to make way for Cafe Du Monde. The famous beignet joint's new location is now open and we go check it out.
We got a few different sodas from the Rocket Fizz Soda Pop and Candy Shop in New Orleans and decided to do a taste test. Join us as we try a selection of interesting and weird flavored sodas!
There are many choices for various food and drinks in and around New Orleans, but in my opinion there is only one spot to go for the best selection of sodas and candy, Rocket Fizz. Their huge selection of bottled sodas, some their own brand, cannot be competed with as they have everything from Black Cherry, Peanut Butter and Jelly, to Barf flavored sodas. You simply must visit a Rocket Fizz near you, you won't be disappointed! Next video will be the Taste Test of the sodas we bought!
Prospect Hill Plantation is located in Lorman Mississippi and has a dark, but interesting history behind it. It is believed to be very haunted, so several of us collaborated together to investigate this place for any paranormal activity, and we definitely found some!
There are many places in and around New Orleans to get a good Po-Boy, but one of the most iconic places is Gene's Po-Boy. Unfortunately they are closing, so we go on their final day of business to get one last po-boy before they close forever.
Believe it or not, there was not one but TWO Ripley's Believe It Or Not museums in New Orleans and I show you where they were. I also check out the amazing beignets at Cafe Beignet and ran into a second line wedding in the French Quarter.
We explore an amazing abandoned orphanage turned day care that has been sitting since it was flooded by Katrina in 2005. There were moments I heard strange noises from some of the rooms ahead of me but never could figure out what they were.
We took a drive downtown New Orleans to see if we could find the first day filming location for Bill & Ted 3 Face the Music which is filming with Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter in New Orleans now. Wyld Stallyns Rule!
We explore the old abandoned Times Picayune building in New Orleans, once the major newspaper printing facility for New Orleans. We had permission to go inside and film what once was one of the most advanced newspaper printing plants in the country.
